Your Role

As the Communication and Media Manager, you will :

• Develop and Execute Communication Strategies : Design and implement multi-channel communication plans to amplify the visibility of our events and initiatives.
• Oversee Content Creation : Manage the creation of engaging content for digital platforms, including press releases, blog posts, social media updates, and newsletters.
• Lead Social Media Efforts : Oversee our presence across Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube to grow and engage our global audience.
• Coordinate Media Coverage : Foster relationships with journalists and media outlets to secure impactful coverage for our events and activities.
• Manage Event Communication : Plan and execute communication strategies for BSWW tournaments, including onsite media operations.
• Brand Management : Ensure brand consistency across all platforms and materials.
• Monitor and Report : Track key performance metrics and provide insights to improve communication efforts.

What We’re Looking For :

• Experience : At least 3 years in communication, media, or PR roles, preferably in sports or event management.
• Skills :
• Exceptional writing and editing skills (English required; additional languages are a plus).
• Proficiency in social media management and content creation.
• Experience working with press and media outlets.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Attitude : A creative thinker who’s proactive, adaptable, and thrives in a dynamic, international setting.
• Essential : A passion for beach soccer or sports in general!
