Join a global leader in hospitality and travel technology as the Head of Media Solutions. This executive role leads a high-performing international team of over 200 professionals across 15+ locations, driving a business with ambitious growth targets. You will shape the future of media solutions by leveraging proprietary data, cutting-edge technology, and strategic partnerships to deliver impactful demand generation for the hospitality sector.
Main Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership: you will define and execute the business strategy with a focus on differentiation through data and integration with other hospitality products. Oversee P&L and align functional plans with strategic goals.
Product Innovation: you will lead the creation and execution of the product vision and roadmap in collaboration with R&D. Cultivate partnerships with top-tier publishers and ad tech firms.
Go-to-Market Excellence: you will direct all go-to-market activities including product positioning, pricing, promotion, sales enablement, and communication strategies.
Global Delivery Oversight: you will manage media delivery teams across 15+ global hubs, ensuring the successful execution of over 13,000 campaigns in 87 countries. You will drive operational excellence, client satisfaction, and high renewal rates.
The Ideal Candidate
MBA and a bachelor’s degree in an analytical field such as Mathematics, Engineering, Finance, or Economics are a strong plus.
10+ years in digital media, with a strong background in performance marketing and advertising technology, within a global organization, including P&L responsibility for €100M+ revenue.
Deep understanding of strategy, product management, finance, marketing, sales, operations, and analytics.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
Fluent in English.
Demonstrated ability to lead diverse teams, foster innovation, and influence stakeholders at all levels. A collaborative mindset and a passion for delivering results are essential.
