We are looking for a results-oriented Head of Marketing to lead and scale global marketing strategies for a b2b SaaS company located in Barcelona.
Responsibilities :
Design and implement comprehensive marketing strategies (online / offline, PR, events).
Lead the Marketing department by setting clear objectives, performance metrics, and KPIs.
Align marketing efforts with company objectives to boost lead generation, sales, and product marketing.
Work with Sales and Product teams to develop impactful materials, presentations, and campaigns.
Expand global presence, especially in Europe and Latin America.
Manage multi-channel campaigns to generate leads and optimize their conversion.
Implement creative strategies to attract, engage, and convert potential customers.
Oversee budgets, performance metrics, and lead a high-level team.
Requirements :
5 years leading marketing teams (preferably in B2B SaaS / tech).
Mastery of multi-channel strategies, branding, and demand generation.
Skilled in planning and maximizing impact at international conferences and events.
Fluency in English and Spanish (other languages, a plus).
Strong focus on KPIs and performance metrics (such as SQLs and pipeline indicators).
Strategic profile, with strong collaboration and communication skills, results-oriented and adaptable in rapidly changing environments.
