Head of Learning & Development at Honest Greens

We are currently looking for a Head of Learning & Development . The Training & Development Manager will involve designing, implementing and managing training programs across all levels of the organization, ensuring consistent delivery of Honest Greens' culture, values and hospitality philosophy. You will play a key role in shaping this department and impacting the future of our company.

Responsibilities :

• Establish processes, procedures and systems that will shape the department's growth and future operations.
• Identify training needs and work closely with the OPS team.
• Create and design tailored training programs and develop training materials (manuals, presentations, e-learning modules).
• Lead and manage the training team.
• Evaluate the performance of training initiatives and adjust the programs as necessary to meet evolving business needs.
• Collaborate with the HR department in creating career and succession plans to ensure the company has a trained and motivated workforce.
• Promote a culture of continuous learning and profesional development within the organization.
• Ensure that all employees are aligned with the company’s values and objectives through training.
• Stay current with industry trends, emerging training technologies and best practices.

Skills & Qualifications :

• Proven experience in training, talent development, or organizational development, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Ability to build and lead a team, providing direction and support to other trainers or learning specialists.
• Ability to design training strategies that align with company goals and objectives.
• Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
• Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS), e-learning platforms, and other training technologies.
