  • Key Responsibilities

Lead the charge in developing and optimizing an AI-driven, teacher-free educational model that delivers exceptional student outcomes across multiple campus locations. Combine sophisticated data analytics with direct student feedback to continuously enhance our learning ecosystem, with success measured through concrete metrics including AP exam scores and MAP assessment growth rates.

  • Advanced degree (Master's or higher) in Learning Science, Educational Science, Psychology, Psychometrics, Instructional Design, or related discipline
  • Proven track record in education or EdTech leadership roles
  • Demonstrated success in implementing AI solutions in educational or professional settings
  • Deep knowledge of learning science and data-driven educational methodologies
  • Excellence in translating complex concepts for diverse stakeholders
