We are looking for a Head of Investment to lead our capital-raising efforts across both equity and asset capital (working capital from investors, partners, and institutional clients). This role is critical to ensuring AdmiTrade has the resources it needs to scale its operations and platform.

You will work closely with the CEO, Head of Trading, and broader leadership team to craft and deliver the company’s investment story, manage investor relationships, and structure tailored capital solutions. This role is ideal for someone with deep exposure to fundraising in the digital asset trading space, including experience with venture funding, family offices, and institutional working capital (e.g., funds from HNWIs, OTC desks, crypto-native funds).

AdmiTrade is a dynamic trading company dedicated to maximising returns for investors through strategic trading and investment strategies in the evolving cryptocurrency market.

So far, we have focused on providing liquidity for centralised exchanges, building the necessary technology, and validating the market.

We are now embarking on the next phase of our growth by building a platform for institutional clients and high-net-worth individuals that offers access to significant depth, dynamic credit lines, and passive capital multiplication methods. Additionally, our goal is to increase our activity as a market maker on centralised exchanges and expand into decentralised markets.

We are currently forming our team, starting with management, to achieve these objectives. This presents a unique opportunity for candidates to actively participate in building the company and driving its future success.

Responsibilities:
  • Shape AdmiTrade’s investment narrative to align with market trends and investor expectations.
  • Design and negotiate capital structures - including equity, convertible instruments, and working capital arrangements.
  • Collaborate with legal and compliance teams on documentation, deal terms, and regulatory implications.
  • Maintain visibility into competitor fundraising and capital structure trends across the crypto and trading space.
  • Lead equity fundraising to support company development, regulatory buildout, and strategic growth.
  • Drive institutional capital raising for working capital (Assets Under Management).
  • Develop tailored investment materials including pitch decks, financial models, and data rooms.
  • Represent the company in investor meetings and manage ongoing investor communication and reporting.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with VCs, family offices, HNWIs, and crypto-native capital allocators.
Requirements:
  • 6–10+ years of experience in fundraising, investment, or capital strategy roles.
  • Proven track record of securing capital (equity or working capital) from institutional investors, family offices, or venture firms.
  • Experience in crypto, fintech, digital trading, or asset management environments.
  • Deep understanding of investment structures.
  • Strong communication skills, both with internal stakeholders and external investors.

Interview Process:
  • Screening Interview – Introductory call with Talent Acquisition Partner (45 min). Focus: background, motivation, experience overview.
  • Fundraising & Strategy Deep Dive – Interview with ICEO’s VP of Finance & Investment (60 min). Focus: past fundraising success, strategic finance management, strategic fit.
  • Final Interview – A deep-dive discussion with the CEO, including expectations alignment and an offer discussion.
