A global fintech company seeks a People Business Partner to lead strategic people projects, enhance workforce performance, and ensure compliance with international employment laws. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience, strong coaching skills, and the ability to influence senior leadership. This role involves collaborating with diverse teams globally and shaping a high-performing organizational culture.
Reporting into the Chief People Officer, this is a global role that will own the strategy and the execution of a wide array of people-focused projects. You will be a true partner to the business, an expert in navigating employment law globally, and work with stakeholders in multiple geographies to achieve our business goals.
