Una empresa de finanzas busca un Gerente Financiero en Huelva, encargado de supervisar y gestionar las operaciones financieras, preparar informes internos y coordinar auditorías. Se requiere experiencia en el sector financiero y un título en contabilidad o finanzas. Además, se valorarán certificaciones profesionales y conocimientos en normas contables españolas e IFRS.

Formación

• Experiencia de 3-8 años en la industria financiera.
• Certificaciones profesionales (CPA, ACCA, CFA) son altamente preferidas.
• Conocimiento de normas contables locales y IFRS.

Responsabilidades

• Gestionar las operaciones financieras de una corporación con licencia MiCA.
• Preparar informes financieros internos y coordinar auditorías.
• Desarrollar y aplicar políticas financieras para cumplir con requisitos regulatorios.

Descripción del empleo

• Oversee and manage the financial operations of a MiCA licensed corporation, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, preparing and filing of financial and tax returns.
• Handle full set of accounts, including preparation of journal entries, accounts receivable and payable, bank reconciliation, cash flow statement, month-end closing, financial analysis.
• Prepare internal financial reports to assist the Global Head of Finance in compiling group consolidated financial statements.
• Assist in budget preparation and provide analytical reports.
• Review and authorise daily payments.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate and liaise with internal and external auditors, tax advisors and other departments from time to time to facilitate annual audits
• Support the finance team and executive leadership with ad hoc projects and strategic financial analysis as needed.
• Act as a financial liaison to regulatory authorities (e.g., CNMV, Bank of Spain), ensuring timely and accurate submissions of financial and compliance reports.

Requirements :

• Degree holder in Accounting or Finance or any related discipline.
• 3-8 years’ experience in the financial Industry.
• Strong technical accounting skills and knowledge.
• Well organised, self-motivated, independent, responsible and able to work under pressure.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Fluency in written and spoken Spanish, at least conversational English, preferably fluent business English, but not mandatory..
• Professional certification such as CPA, ACCA, CFA, or equivalent is highly preferred.
• Candidates who know Spanish local accounting standards and IFRS accounting standards are preferable.
• Candidates who have a basic understanding of crypto / blockchain or digital assets are preferable.
