Job summary

Airbus Helicopters España, SA invites recent graduates to join its 11-month graduate internship in Spain. The full-time program (40h/week) starts in February 2027 and includes an attractive study grant to support your academic progress.

You will engage with Lean Manufacturing, contribute to production initiatives, and grow professionally within an international environment dedicated to aerospace excellence.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree in aeronautical/industrial/mechanical/electrical/electronic fields.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely assistance to a manager or team for operational tasks.

• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives with the Manufacturing Operations Manager.

Ready to join one of our Graduate Programs in Spain? We are looking for recent graduates from different disciplines interested in developing their professional career in the aeronautical sector. The current context demands different ways of looking, thinking and relating.

• Starting date February 1st 2027 until January 31st 2028.
• The selection process will take place from November 2026 to December 2026.

What does this internship consist of?

Together with Nebrija University, Airbus has developed an exclusive program designed for those interested in the best training in new areas of knowledge considered to be essential in order to grow into professionals of the future.

You will have the opportunity to study a training program, that will allow you to develop the most in-demand skills today. It will be combined with an 11 month internship at Airbus in an area related to your degree, where you can learn and complete your academic background.

The start of the internship will be in early February 2027, and will last 11 months (August disabled for all purposes). It is a full-time experience (40h/week), in which you will receive an attractive study grant.

Challenges and Responsibilities

• Provide timely and effective assistance to a manager or team with operational, planning, and organizational tasks.
• Understand and apply the Lean Manufacturing methodology within the production area.
• Study and apply the Lean methodology to daily operations, understanding shop-floor needs and the industrial excellence roadmap.
• Develop skills to manage efficient workflow and safe execution through daily data collection and deviation analysis.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives alongside the Manufacturing Operations Manager to understand and implement optimization strategies.
