Acttiv in the Canary Islands is seeking a Head of Entertainment to lead our team of entertainers, plan daytime and evening activities, and coordinate schedules for up to 28 performers across destinations.

The ideal candidate has at least one season as head of entertainment and fluent Spanish and English. Strong leadership, organizational and IT skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) are essential, with willingness to travel and adapt.

Formación

• Head of entertainment experience (at least one season)
• Excellent level of Spanish and English
• Other languages welcome
• Proficient with Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Dynamic, creative, organized with leadership skills

Responsabilidades

• Launch daytime and evening activity programmes
• Organise entertainer schedules (1-28 people)
• Report on entertainment activities to Acttiv
• Follow Acttiv’s quality policy
• Support and understand the needs of the team
• Attend training and meetings with area leaders
• Monitor time recording
• Aim for positive reviews to bolster online reputation
