Acttiv is seeking an entertainment manager in Spain to lead a team of 2–12 entertainers, coordinate schedules with the area coordinator and ensure adherence to the brand’s quality policy.

You will participate in shows, interact with guests from around the world, and benefit from continuous training, HR support, a large activity library, and the chance to move between destinations. Top teams may earn the Acttiv Leaders Level Up trip.

Formación

• At least one season of experience as entertainment manager.
• Excellent level of Spanish and English; other languages welcome.
• Proficiency with Office tools (Excel/Word/PowerPoint).

Responsabilidades

• Implement daytime and evening activities with teams of entertainers.
• Organise the schedules of the entertainers.
• Report information on entertainment activities to Acttiv.
• Follow Acttiv’s quality policy.
• Lead, train and evaluate your team.
