Acttiv in Andalusia, Spain, seeks a Head of Entertainment to lead a team of entertainers and develop day and evening activity programmes in a hotel setting. You will schedule teams from 1 to 40, coordinate with the area coordinator, and ensure quality standards while joining the shows and engaging with guests.

Fluent Spanish and English are essential; additional languages are welcome. Availability from August to November 2026 is required, with a fixed-term contract and opportunities to grow

Formación

• At least one season's experience as head of entertainments.
• Languages: good level of Spanish and English essential. Any other language, such as French, is welcome.
• Valued education related to tourist entertainment or tourism.
• Good command of office tools such as Excel, Word or PowerPoint.

As an entertainment manager, you will be in charge of a team of entertainers, so organisational tasks will take up a large part of your day-to-day work. But you won't be alone: you will work closely with your area coordinator to meet the quality standards of the hotel and Acttiv.

Your Responsibilities Will Be

• Launching the programme of daytime and evening activities.


• Organising the schedules of the entertainers (teams of 1-40 entertainers).


• Reporting information on entertainment activities to Acttiv.

Of course, beyond organisation, you will also take part in the shows and interact with the guests. It's not all about paperwork!

For the position of head of entertainment, you will have the following:

• Accommodation: you can either use the hotel-provided accommodation or find your own. If you decide to use it, €178.26 net will be deducted from your monthly pay to cover expenses.


• Meals included in the staff canteen


• Acttiv Contract: Fixed-term contract of 40 hours a week


• 2 days off per week, in accordance with current legislation


• Working schedule from Monday to Sunday according to the timetable


• Split-shift work


• Accident insurance and civil liability insurance (during working hours)


• Social Security


• 30 days of vacation per year worked


• Help with processing registration in the Spanish contribution system
