Job summary

papernest Energía is seeking a results-driven leader to own and grow a dynamic energy portfolio. You will drive retention, regulatory compliance, and cross-functional coordination across Sales, Operations, and Leadership while maintaining autonomy within six months.

The role values hands-on execution, strong analytics, and proactive leadership. Remote work is available two days per week, with competitive compensation and a stock-options plan.

Qualifications

• Bilingual Spanish (C2) and English (C2) required.
• 5+ years in fast-paced, cross-functional roles (Operations, Strategy, Consulting, or GM).
• Demonstrated leadership and willingness to own outcomes.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset.
• Autonomy; able to drive initiatives and deliver results.

Responsibilities

• Grow the Energía portfolio by tracking performance and activating growth levers.
• Reduce churn by identifying retention levers and building measurable plans.
• Own regulatory scope, map obligations, and coordinate with Legal.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, and Leadership.
• Manage a direct report and drive their professional growth.
• Execute with autonomy, diagnose quickly, and operate without day-to-day sign-off within 6 months.
