Michael Page is seeking a Digital Workplace Transformation Lead in Madrid to shape and guide the organization’s technology-driven workplace strategy. You will develop and implement strategies to support both business needs and employee experience, and oversee the deployment and optimization of workplace technology solutions.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, monitor impact, manage vendor relationships, and ensure security and data protection compliance while advising leadership

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement strategies for digital workplace transformation to enhance technology services support the business and employees.
• Oversee and improve the selection, deployment, and optimization of workplace technology solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of digital tools.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of digital workplace initiatives, ensuring continuous improvement.
• Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for workplace technologies.
• Ensure compliance with security and data protection regulations.
• Act as a key advisor to leadership on trends and innovations in digital workplace solutions.
• Lead and inspire a team to deliver high-impact results in the technology department.
