This role offers exposure to the ownership team and the chance to shape critical platforms.

You will lead digital transformation, oversee enterprise systems performance, security, and scalability, and develop the IT function while driving cost-effective partnerships and innovation

Responsabilidades

• Define and execute the technology strategy, ensuring alignment with the company's business objectives and growth plans.
• Lead digital transformation initiatives, driving process optimization, innovation, and the effective adoption of technology across the organization.
• Oversee the performance, security, and scalability of enterprise systems, infrastructure, applications, data, and cybersecurity environments.
• Manage and develop the IT function, fostering a high-performing team culture while ensuring the successful delivery of strategic initiatives.
• Drive the evolution of core business platforms and technology capabilities to support operational excellence and future growth.
• Collaborate closely with executive leadership to identify opportunities where technology can create business value, improve efficiency, and enhance decision-making.
• Manage technology investments, budgets, vendors, and external partners to ensure cost-effective and high-quality service delivery.
• Provide strategic guidance on technology trends, risks, and opportunities, positioning IT as a key enabler of business performance and transformation.
