About This Opportunity
Ericsson is seeking an innovative and collaborative Head of Reward Digital Strategy and Experience to design, develop, deploy, and operate our global digital strategy roadmap, tools, and systems across the Reward technology landscape. This role will be responsible for aligning digital strategy within the Reward function, enabling technologies that drive operational efficiency. Solutions will be delivered in partnership with Digital HR, HRIT, and GF Global Operations, ensuring an agile delivery environment and integrating data to simplify workflows.
