Our global team of 2,700 across offices in Warsaw, Istanbul, Rome, Barcelona, Mexico City, Bogotá, Curitiba, Rio, and Munich and Berlin make this happen.

Qualifications

What will help you thrive?

  • 5+ years of working experience in revenue operations, sales operations, ideally at SMB SaaS companies.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a track record of building and developing high-performing teams for at least 2 years.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to think critically and develop innovative solutions to complex challenges by making data-driven decisions.
  • Deep understanding of sales and marketing processes, including lead generation, pipeline management, and sales forecasting.
  • Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms, such as Salesforce and HubSpot.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
  • Passion for driving business growth and delivering exceptional results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Excellent level of Spanish and English to be able to communicate fluently with the team and in collaboration with global teams.
