Role Description

We are seeking a Head of Digital Marketing for Dils Company (Spain) with a strong strategic vision, leadership capabilities, and a results-driven mindset. This role will be essential in consolidating and scaling Lucas Fox’s and Dils digital strategy within the new corporate framework of Dils, leading all digital marketing operations in Spain and ensuring alignment between local objectives and the group’s global strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and lead the digital marketing strategy for Spain in alignment with Dils Group’s global objectives.

• Ensure brand consistency across all digital channels, strengthening the new positioning of Lucas Fox as part of Dils, and create the new channels for Dils Commercial in Spain.

• Work closely with headquarters and other business units to ensure successful local implementation of global initiatives in Spain.

• Lead the digital transformation of the marketing area, data, automation, use of AI, and reporting.

• Supervise, guide, and develop the local digital team (internal and external partners), ensuring alignment with business KPIs.

• Coordinate and manage multichannel digital campaigns (performance, social, SEO, email, content, automation) focused on lead generation and brand positioning.

• Implement dashboards and attribution models to drive data-informed decision-making.

• Identify new digital growth opportunities and continuously improve the online customer journey.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.

• Experience in multinational environments.

• Educational background in Marketing, Digital Business, Communications, or similar.

• Solid knowledge of performance marketing, brand strategy, martech, SEO/SEM, CRM, automation, and analytics.

• Strategic thinking combined with operational hands-on capabilities and analytical skills.

• Previous experience in real estate, luxury, or premium B2C markets is a plus.

• Strong leadership and project management skills; experienced in managing multidisciplinary teams and engaging with international stakeholders.

• Native-level Spanish or professional fluency, and advanced English (C1+). Other languages are a bonus.

• Experience with Salesforce, Hubspot, and PowerBI is a plus.

• Good knowledge of AI in general and its application in search is also considered an advantage.
