DKSH seeks a senior IT leader to shape and execute regional digital and IT transformation, aligning with group direction. You will manage in-country IT systems, budgets, and service delivery, ensuring security and alignment with Group IT standards.

As the strategic interface for business units, you will drive solution discovery, risk management and stakeholder relationships while delivering measurable business value through technology initiatives.

Formación

• Solid understanding of IT strategy development and governance.
• Experience with IT service management and enterprise systems (SAP).
• Strong numerical analysis and budget management capability.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsabilidades

• Define regional Digital & IT strategy and drive transformation.
• Oversee operating budgets and ensure efficient allocation of resources.
• Develop and monitor IT implementation activities with business users.
• Ensure compliance with IT standards and security policies.
• Align IT plans with the Group IT road map and governance.
• Lead in-country IT policies, disaster recovery, and risk management.
• Engage stakeholders and communicate progress and IT developments.
