EyeSpy Recruitment - iGaming Specialists is seeking an experienced iGaming CEO to lead a globally ambitious consumer gaming platform. You will drive monetisation, live operations, and a community-first entertainment experience at scale.

The role demands board-fluent leadership, strong B2C DNA, and a proven ability to grow paying users across multiple jurisdictions while managing partnerships with global publishers and brands. Negotiable across Europe with hybrid arrangements on offer.

Formación

Senior iGaming operator with experience as CEO/COO/MD/Deputy CEO in B2C real-money gaming or fantasy sports.
Proven ability to grow paying users, build engaged communities and optimise LTV and ARPU.
Global mindset with experience across multiple jurisdictions and multicultural teams.
Hands-on, entrepreneurial leader capable of scaling operations and product-led growth.
Experience presenting to boards and managing investor relations.

Responsabilidades

Own full P&L and strategic direction with domestic lead and global roadmap.
Lead monetisation, subscriptions, ads, partnerships, and new revenue lines; collaborate with the Chief Product Officer.
Partner with CFO on capital strategy and financial discipline.
Drive community, creator and publisher partnerships to build a flywheel.
Define international expansion strategy across new markets and cohorts.
