Blu Selection is seeking a Head of Data Office to lead our Data Governance and Enterprise Data Management efforts, transforming data into a trusted asset across the organization. You will build the Data Office, recruit and manage 3–5 data professionals, develop a cross-functional data stewardship network, and define a strategic roadmap aligned with AI initiatives and SAP/PLM transformations.

• At least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Strong experience managing data across multiple domains and enterprise applications (SAP, Salesforce, Databricks, PLM).
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders, coordinate governance committees, and manage both direct teams and data stewardship networks.
• Master's degree in a related field.
• Professional fluency in English.

Responsabilidades

• Set up and structure the enterprise Data Office, recruit resources, and manage 3-5 data professionals directly.
• Build and develop the network of Business Data Stewards (~20 functional reports) across domains.
• Define a strategic data roadmap aligned with AI use cases and SAP/PLM transformation programs.
• Establish enterprise-wide data governance policies, data quality standards, and metadata management (Business Glossary, Data Dictionary).
• Ensure consistent management of critical data across SAP S/4HANA, BW/4HANA, Salesforce, and Databricks.

In this role you will lead the enterprise Data Office to transform data into a trusted asset across the organization. You will bridge IT platforms with business strategy, ensuring data governance and quality across functions. You’ll drive a data governance program aligned with AI initiatives and SAP/PLM transformations, while building a cross-functional data stewardship network. This is a pivotal role in the company’s digital transformation journey, offering impact at scale in a global, matrixed environment.
