We are looking for an experienced Head of Data & Analytics Services to lead our data strategy, governance, analytics, and artificial intelligence initiatives. This role is critical in shaping how we manage and leverage data across the organization, ensuring alignment with business objectives while driving innovation and efficiency.

This is an exciting opportunity for a data-driven leader with experience in tech companies who is looking to apply their expertise in a manufacturing environment — bringing advanced data practices to drive business impact at scale.

MAIN RESPONSABILITIES :

• Define and execute the company’s data strategy, ensuring data is a key enabler for business success.
• Oversee data governance, analytics, AI, and data management to drive value and insights.
• Establish a strong data-driven culture, collaborating with business and IT stakeholders to integrate data into decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with data regulations and implement best practices in data security and integrity.
• Lead and develop a high-performing data team, fostering innovation and excellence.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS :

• Proven experience in a senior data leadership role (Head of Data, Chief Data Officer, or similar).
• Strong expertise in data governance, analytics, AI, and business intelligence.
• Experience working in tech companies, implementing enterprise-wide data strategies, and managing cross-functional teams.
• Passion for applying advanced data and AI-driven methodologies to a manufacturing setting.
• Ability to translate complex data concepts into business value and drive measurable impact.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in English. Knowledge of other languages is an asset.
