Verisure España is seeking a highly analytical Strategy Consultant to join the LATAM Commercial Strategy & Performance team in Madrid. You will help define, execute and monitor sales strategy across LATAM markets, driving data- and AI-enabled transformation and standardizing ways of working.

You will engage with Sales Directors, Country Managers and regional committees, leading projects from problem structuring to implementation, with a strong emphasis on analytics and cross-functional

Formación

• 3-5 years of experience in strategy consulting or related analytical role.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.

Responsabilidades

• Contribute to definition and execution of LATAM commercial growth strategies.
• Independently lead commercial strategy and transformation projects across LATAM countries.
• Analyze complex sales, pricing, productivity and performance data to identify insights.
• Prepare executive-level presentations and recommendations for senior stakeholders.
• Partner with local Sales Performance, Sales Structure and Commercial teams for decision-making.
• Drive standardization of KPIs, reporting, processes, tools and best practices.
• Contribute to centralized LATAM data cube and reporting ecosystem.
• Support pricing, sales incentives, and performance management projects.
• Identify opportunities to leverage automation, AI and advanced analytics.
• Provide direct support to the Head of Commercial Planning LatAm.
