You will play a key role in building the best Motor marketplace in Spain. Our mission is to make buying and selling vehicles a great experience for everyone. We’re looking for an experienced, strategic, and marketing-driven Head of CRM to lead the transformation of how we engage with our users across the lifecycle. Reporting directly to the CMO, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our customer marketing strategy—translating lifecycle insights, product behaviors, and segmentation logic into impactful, data-powered campaigns.
Your mission will be to maximize customer engagement, retention, and lifetime value through automated, personalized, and contextual communications, with Braze as your core campaign engine. You’ll own the full CRM marketing stack—channel strategy, campaign execution, and lifecycle planning—while also partnering closely with Product & Tech to unlock the right infrastructure, data, and tools to bring best-in-class experiences to life. This is a CRM 360° leadership position—you’ll own the strategy, campaign execution, tooling roadmap, and cross-functional stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Ownership
- Develop and execute a holistic CRM vision that nurtures users across their lifecycle—from onboarding to reactivation.
- Define segmentation, journeys, and personalization strategies in alignment with growth goals.
- Serve as the voice of CRM internally, advocating for customer-centricity and lifecycle value.
2. Technical CRM Leadership (in partnership with Product & Tech)
- Co-own the CRM Product & Tech roadmap in tight collaboration with Product and Engineering teams, ensuring all technical developments support lifecycle marketing objectives.
- Act as the CRM lead within cross-functional squads, translating lifecycle and marketing needs into tech requirements and prioritizations.
- Support the integration and scalability of Braze across all customer touchpoints by working hand-in-hand with P&T on instrumentation, event pipelines, and data modeling.
- Drive CRM tooling and data enhancements in close collaboration with Product&Tech, ensuring lifecycle needs are considered early in the product design process and all solutions comply with GDPR and privacy regulations.
3. Campaign Innovation & Execution
- Overview, architect and manage automated and real-time multi-channel campaigns across email, push, in-app, etc.
- Lead experimentation frameworks (A/B tests, multivariate) to drive incremental impact.
- Continuously improve engagement and retention metrics using customer insights and data science inputs.
4. Team Management & Cross-Functional Leadership
- Partner with Product, Engineering, Data, and Content teams to implement and evolve our CRM tools and tactics.
- Manage a growing team of CRM specialists (and/or external agencies) with a culture of excellence, autonomy, and innovation.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy and consent management standards (GDPR, etc.).
What We’re Looking For
Must-Haves
- 6+ years of experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or growth marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Strong hands-on experience with Braze (setup, orchestration, personalization, data integration).
- Deep understanding of CRM platform architecture and data flows, with strong experience designing personalized, multi-channel campaigns across email, push, in-app, browser, WhatsApp and more.
- Excellent command of data-driven experimentation and reporting (SQL skills a strong plus).
- Proven success running complex, multi-step lifecycle journeys across channels.
- Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills across tech and business functions.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is required to operate effectively in a cross-functional and international environment.
Nice-to-Have
- Experience with CDPs (Segment, mParticle), data warehouses (BigQuery, Snowflake), or reverse ETL tools.
- Knowledge of app engagement metrics, cohort modeling, and LTV forecasting.
- Familiarity with MarTech and AdTech ecosystems.
