Wincent is seeking a hands-on Chief Compliance Officer to run the compliance function, manage a team, and translate regulatory expectations into practical processes and controls. You will balance risk with business growth while maintaining top-tier standards across jurisdictions.

In this role you will design and operate a group-wide compliance framework, oversee regulator interactions, and drive improvements using automation and compliance tech.

Formación

• At least 7 years of compliance experience, with a minimum of 3 years managing a team.
• Experience managing multi-jurisdiction trading and AML/CTF frameworks, including customer due diligence, transaction monitoring, and suspicious activity reporting.
• Experience working in senior roles in regulated financial institutions.
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced fintech or crypto environment.
• Willing to be hands-on while also leading a team.
• Experience designing and implementing scalable compliance frameworks.
• Nice to Have Experience in crypto or digital asset markets, or strong interest in the sector.
• Regulatory certifications such as ACAMS, CRCM, or CCEP.

Responsabilidades

• Design and operate the group compliance framework, ensuring regulatory obligations are met across jurisdictions.
• Maintain up-to-date understanding of applicable laws, regulations, licences, and regulatory expectations.
• Act as senior regulator contact, including examinations, information requests, and filings.
• Lead AML/CTF and anti-financial crime oversight, including due diligence, monitoring, reporting, and risk escalation.
• Manage day-to-day compliance operations, QA, and regulatory activities.
• Design scalable, tech-forward compliance infrastructure.
• Translate strategy into concrete projects, procedures, and deliverables.
• Coach and develop the compliance team, setting priorities and high standards.
