Jobgether SRL, on behalf of a partner company, is seeking a Senior Compliance Officer (Regulatory Focus) based in Spain to strengthen regulatory compliance in crypto and payments. You will lead licensing efforts, regulatory documentation, and engagement with regulators and external counsel, translating complex rules into practical policies and controls.

Formación

• 5+ years of regulatory compliance experience in fintech/payments.
• Hands-on experience drafting regulatory applications and policies.
• Knowledge of EMI/PI, CASP/VASP, or related regimes.
• Fluent English with strong regulatory drafting skills.
• Willingness to travel within the EU.

Responsabilidades

• Contribute to regulatory licence applications and related projects.
• Build regulatory requirement matrices and evidence trackers.
• Prepare responses to RFIs from regulators and external counsel.
• Draft and maintain compliance policies, risk assessments, and controls.
• Monitor regulatory developments and assess impact.
• Provide compliance guidance for new products and partnerships.
• Support regulatory reporting, audits, and inspections.
• Train stakeholders on compliance and document controls.
• Manage multiple workstreams with strong documentation standards.
