Formación

• Más de 8 años de experiencia en cumplimiento, gestión de riesgos o seguridad en plataformas.
• Conocimiento sólido de políticas de plataformas y riesgos digitales.
• Habilidad para trabajar en entornos rápidos y manejar desafíos operativos.

• Desarrollar un marco de cumplimiento global para la plataforma CRM.

About The Role

The Head of Compliance will be responsible for all regulatory, legal, and risk-related aspects of our global operations. You’ll serve as a critical advisor to the leadership team, ensuring that Infloww / Infinni complies with legal obligations and platform standards across all markets. This role requires strategic vision and attention to detail as we build scalable, sustainable systems to support our growth.

Please note: this position is only available to candidates currently living in the Canary Islands or willing to relocate.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a global compliance framework tailored to our creator-centric CRM platform with embedded fintech functionalities.
• Manage and update the platform’s Acceptable Use Policy, content standards, and enforcement protocols.
• Collaborate with trust & safety, legal, product, engineering, and customer experience teams to ensure compliance across the user journey.
• Monitor emerging regulations related to digital platforms and adapt company policies accordingly.
• Lead enforcement workflows and serve as the point of contact for compliance inquiries, audits, or issues.
• Conduct regular compliance reviews, audits, and risk assessments.
• Promote a culture of integrity and solutions-oriented compliance within the company.

Preferred Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in compliance, platform governance, risk management, or trust & safety roles, preferably in social media, fintech, or creator monetization startups.
• Strong understanding of platform policies, content moderation, creator behavior, and digital product risks.
• Experience designing systems, policies, and workflows from scratch.
• Excellent communication skills and judgment to advise executive teams.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, unstructured environments and to get hands dirty with operational challenges.
• Legal degree (JD or equivalent) is a strong plus.
• Experience with international digital content, payments, or data governance regulations is advantageous.
