About The Role

The Head of Compliance will oversee all regulatory, legal, and risk-related aspects of our global operations. You will advise the leadership team, ensuring Infloww / Infinni complies with legal obligations and platform standards across markets. This role requires strategic vision and attention to detail to build scalable, sustainable systems supporting our growth.

Please note: This position is only available to candidates currently living in or willing to relocate to the Canary Islands.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and implement a global compliance framework for our content-forward, creator-centric CRM platform with embedded fintech functionalities.
2. Manage and update the platform’s Acceptable Use Policy, content standards, and enforcement protocols.
3. Collaborate with trust & safety, legal, product, engineering, and customer experience teams to operationalize compliance throughout the user and creator journey.
4. Monitor emerging regulations related to platforms and digital services, adapting company policies accordingly.
5. Lead enforcement workflows and serve as the point of contact for compliance inquiries, audits, and issues.
6. Conduct regular compliance reviews, audits, and risk assessments to ensure proactive risk management.
7. Foster a culture of integrity and solutions-oriented compliance within the company.

Preferred Qualifications

1. 8+ years of experience in compliance, platform governance, risk management, or trust & safety roles, preferably in social media, fintech, or creator monetization startups.
2. Strong understanding of platform policies, content moderation, creator behavior, and digital product risks.
3. Experience designing systems, policies, and workflows from scratch.
4. Excellent communication, judgment, and advisory skills for executive-level interactions.
5. Creative problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in fast-paced, unstructured environments.
6. Legal degree (JD or equivalent) is a strong plus.
7. Experience with international regulatory frameworks, especially digital content, payments, or data governance.
