About The Role
The Head of Compliance will oversee all regulatory, legal, and risk-related aspects of our global operations. You will advise the leadership team, ensuring Infloww / Infinni complies with legal obligations and platform standards across markets. This role requires strategic vision and attention to detail to build scalable, sustainable systems supporting our growth.
Please note: This position is only available to candidates currently living in or willing to relocate to the Canary Islands.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a global compliance framework for our content-forward, creator-centric CRM platform with embedded fintech functionalities.
- Manage and update the platform’s Acceptable Use Policy, content standards, and enforcement protocols.
- Collaborate with trust & safety, legal, product, engineering, and customer experience teams to operationalize compliance throughout the user and creator journey.
- Monitor emerging regulations related to platforms and digital services, adapting company policies accordingly.
- Lead enforcement workflows and serve as the point of contact for compliance inquiries, audits, and issues.
- Conduct regular compliance reviews, audits, and risk assessments to ensure proactive risk management.
- Foster a culture of integrity and solutions-oriented compliance within the company.
Preferred Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in compliance, platform governance, risk management, or trust & safety roles, preferably in social media, fintech, or creator monetization startups.
- Strong understanding of platform policies, content moderation, creator behavior, and digital product risks.
- Experience designing systems, policies, and workflows from scratch.
- Excellent communication, judgment, and advisory skills for executive-level interactions.
- Creative problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in fast-paced, unstructured environments.
- Legal degree (JD or equivalent) is a strong plus.
- Experience with international regulatory frameworks, especially digital content, payments, or data governance.
