About The Role

The Head of Compliance will oversee all regulatory, legal, and risk-related aspects of our global operations. You will advise the leadership team, ensuring Infloww / Infinni complies with legal obligations and platform standards across markets. This role requires strategic vision and attention to detail as we build scalable, sustainable systems to support our growth.

Please note: This position is only available to candidates currently living in the Canary Islands or willing to relocate.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and execute a global compliance framework for our content-forward, creator-centric CRM platform with embedded fintech functionalities.
2. Manage and update the platform’s Acceptable Use Policy, content standards, and enforcement protocols.
3. Collaborate with trust & safety, legal, product, engineering, and customer experience teams to operationalize compliance across the user and creator journey.
4. Monitor and interpret emerging digital services regulations and adapt company policies accordingly.
5. Lead enforcement workflows and serve as the main contact for compliance inquiries, audits, or issues with stakeholders, regulators, or external counsel.
6. Conduct regular compliance reviews, audits, and risk assessments to ensure proactive risk management.
7. Foster a high-integrity, solutions-oriented compliance culture within the company.

Preferred Qualifications

1. 8+ years of experience in compliance, platform governance, risk management, or trust & safety roles, preferably in social media, fintech, or creator monetization startups.
2. Strong understanding of platform policy, content moderation, creator behavior, and digital risk areas.
3. Ability to design systems, policies, and workflows from scratch with limited legacy infrastructure.
4. Excellent communication skills and judgment to advise executive leadership on complex issues.
5. Creative problem-solving skills and adaptability in fast-paced environments.
6. A legal degree (JD or equivalent) is a strong plus.
7. Experience with international digital content, payments, or data governance regulations is advantageous.
