A leading company in the CRO sector is seeking a Senior Commercial Leader to drive strategy and revenue across Europe. This strategic position requires extensive CRO experience, strong leadership skills, and the ability to work closely with executive-level stakeholders. The role focuses on defining sales and marketing strategies, enhancing client engagement, and leading a performing team to achieve commercial success.

Formación

  • 10 years’ CRO experience (Phase I-III focus).

Hartmann Young is retained by a private equity-backed, European mid-sized CRO to appoint a Senior Commercial Leader.

This is a strategic role, leading a high-performing commercial team across Europe, working closely with senior leadership to define commercial strategy, drive revenue growth, and elevate client engagement across clinical services.

We are looking for:

  1. 10 years’ CRO experience (Phase I-III focus)
  2. Experience working closely with C-level executives and PE stakeholders
  3. Strong commercial and strategic skill set
  4. Proven leadership of high-performing teams
  5. Define & implement Sales & Marketing strategy
