We are looking for a Head of Commercial

to develop business in the Management Consulting Area, identify, follow, and complete international commercial opportunities, and help the Area double its size in the coming years.

Key Responsibilities :

• Identify business opportunities using various sources within the company across existing and new markets.
• Develop specialized technical, financial, and administrative bids by coordinating technical experts.
• Maintain and expand the network of partners and experts.
• Support contract negotiations with clients and partners.
• Monitor market trends to identify new services aligned with company goals.
• Participate in international commercial missions and sector events.
• Lead marketing activities in the area, including social media and promotional materials.
• Seek a professional with over 10 years of experience.
• Experience with international public sector tenders, preferably funded by multilateral institutions such as the World Bank or Asian Development Bank.
• Desirable experience in energy, water, or infrastructure sectors, especially in emerging markets.
• Business-oriented mindset.
• Flexibility to work with counterparts from diverse cultural and hierarchical backgrounds.
• Excellent oral and written English skills; French is a plus.
• Strong time management skills and commitment to meeting deadlines.
• Availability to travel.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
