A leading private equity-backed CRO is seeking a Senior Commercial Leader to drive commercial strategy and revenue growth across Europe. This strategic role requires extensive CRO experience and proven leadership skills to manage a high-performing team and engage with clients effectively.

Formación

• 10 years’ experience in CRO (Phase I-III focus).
• Experience with C-level executives and PE stakeholders.
• Strong commercial and strategic skill set.

Hartmann Young is retained by a private equity-backed, European mid-sized CRO to appoint a Senior Commercial Leader.

This is a strategic role, leading a high-performing commercial team across Europe, working closely with senior leadership to define commercial strategy, drive revenue growth, and enhance client engagement across clinical services.

We are looking for :

1. 10 years’ CRO experience (Phase I-III focus)
2. Experience working closely with C-level executives and PE stakeholders
3. Strong commercial and strategic skill set
4. Proven leadership of high-performing teams
