Head of Ce Marketing

Job Title: Head of Marketing - Continental European Team

We are seeking a Head of Marketing to lead our Continental European team. This role involves defining, managing, and executing regional marketing strategies to support sales growth and brand presence across Europe. As part of our international marketing leadership team, you will collaborate with Demand Generation, Social Media, and PR/External Communication teams to drive our marketing success.

Key Responsibilities

1. Manage and develop a team of marketing professionals across six main regions, supporting regional and global marketing initiatives.
2. Develop a strong pipeline-focused culture within your team and organization.
3. Create and implement integrated marketing plans for major European markets, including Account-Based Marketing activities.
4. Execute regional demand generation programs such as webinars, content syndication, and online advertising to increase brand awareness and generate leads.
5. Manage external customer events and develop cross-sell/up-sell and competitive marketing programs.
6. Ensure alignment between sales and marketing through regular discussions and reporting.
7. Analyze regional marketing performance and optimize campaigns accordingly.
8. Provide monthly reports on marketing activities, leads, MQLs, and contribution to pipeline.

Qualifications

• Experience in field marketing within Digital Solutions, IoT, or B2B technology portfolios.
• Management experience with international teams and multi-language campaigns, including agency management.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to implement effective processes.
• Knowledge of B2B marketing mix, including social media, digital, online, offline, and marketing automation tools.
• Creative, innovative, and resilient with a drive to succeed in a fast-changing environment.
• Fluent in English, with excellent communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Oracle Eloqua or Salesforce.
• Knowledge of Account-Based Marketing strategies.
• Fluency in a second European language.

Location is flexible within Europe, with travel as required.
