Triwill Group is seeking a Head of Business Development & Sales based in Spain to lead growth for a partner company. The role covers lead generation, pipeline development, and guiding the full customer journey to contract signing.

Initially hands-on, you will refine market positioning, craft compelling offers across digital products, integrations, platforms, automation, and managed services, and identify new revenue channels while building partnerships and expanding existing accounts.

Responsabilidades

• Own lead generation, pipeline development, sales execution and the full customer journey through contract signature.
• Rebuild and scale the business development process with hands-on selling and strategic leadership.
• Refine market positioning and develop compelling offers across digital products, integrations, platforms, automation and managed services.
• Identify new revenue channels, develop strategic partnerships, and expand opportunities within existing customer accounts.
• Initially operate as an individual contributor, with potential to build and lead a commercial team as the model becomes repeatable.
