Role Summary

What you’ll do & Who you are

InfoJobs seeks a visionary Head of AI to spearhead our AI strategy and execution. You will build and lead our AI team, drive innovation in machine learning, GenAI, and related fields, and ensure AI initiatives deliver significant business value and align with our strategic goals. This role is key to shaping the future of our offerings and operations through advanced AI.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the company-wide AI vision, strategy, and roadmap.
• Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing AI team (Machine Learning Enabler and Data Scientists).
• Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of AI / ML projects from ideation to production deployment and iteration.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Data, and other departments to integrate AI solutions and drive impact, both in our products and services and in internal solutions.
• Guide choices for AI / ML platforms, tools, and MLOps best practices.
• Champion ethical and responsible AI development and governance, aligned with current and future regulations.
• Stay at the forefront of AI advancements, driving research and innovation.
• Translate AI capabilities into business value and communicate effectively with all stakeholders.
• Manage the AI department's budget and resources.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Extensive experience (typically 8-10+ years) in AI / ML, with proven leadership (3-4+ years) building, managing, and developing AI teams.
• Track record of successfully leading teams delivering impactful AI / ML solutions into production both in B2B and B2C domains.
• Deep understanding of ML algorithms, Deep Learning, NLP, etc.
• Deep understanding of GenAI, LLMs, Agents, MCP, etc.
• Knowledge of Python and common AI / ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
• Experience with MLOps principles and cloud AI platforms (AWS and Databricks preferably).
• Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills

• Experience in the Jobs domain or in marketplaces sectors.
• Experience with large-scale data processing (e.g., Spark, Airflow).
• Familiarity with AI ethics and data privacy and AI regulations.
• Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, Data Science, or a related field.
