Alvarez & Marsal (A&M) is expanding its AI Lab in Madrid to drive pan-European AI engineering capability within Digital & Technology Services. The leader will own the team, operating model, delivery standards, and market positioning while embedding inside client teams across Europe.

The role requires building the founding team, maintaining governance, and delivering practical AI accelerators and production-grade solutions for clients in regulated environments.

Formación

• You have built something from the ground up and owned its success.
• Commercial fluency to build a business case, run it, and be accountable for performance.
• Executive presence credible alongside AI Managing Directors with CIOs, CFOs, and PE partners.

Responsabilidades

• Build and lead Europe-wide AI engineering capability within Digital & Technology Services EMEA.
• Design end-to-end operating model, governance, quality gates, and delivery standards.
• Hire founding engineers and architects; establish recruitment engine for rapid growth.
• Oversee team development with training and certification.
• Develop depth across enterprise AI platforms and reusable assets.
• Collaborate with partner engineering firms and scale the permanent team.
• Shape opportunities with AI Managing Directors and align with client needs.
