Agilent Technologies in Barcelona seeks a senior architect to own the Fabric agent plane, runtimes, and the MCP/A2A integration spine, ensuring vendor neutrality and open standards. You will drive orchestration across layers and guide model gateway changes as a mechanical re-architecture is avoided.

Formación

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree or equivalent.
• 10+ years of leading people, projects, and programs.
• Curiosity about AI, its potential and pitfalls.
• Lifelong learner who reinvents their toolkit.
• Excellent communication and ability to influence across functions.
• Hands-on experience building production agent systems or LLM orchestration at enterprise scale.
• Strong identity and security instincts; experience with IdP and entitlement systems.
• Experience designing for regulated environments (e.g., Part 11).
• Evaluation as an engineering discipline with demonstrated learning from failures.

Responsabilidades

• Owns the Fabric agent plane: runtimes and integration spine.
• Oversees MCP/A2A integration across all layers.
• Leads the shared eval harness and trusted partners.
• Manages agent identity and entitlement implementation with IT and Security.
• Contributes to enterprise-wide technology architecture strategies.
• Drives cost-benefit and risk analyses; ensures standards compliance.
