Job summary

BettingJobs is working with an emerging multi-brand online casino operator expanding into Tier 1 European markets, they're looking to hire an Affiliate Manager to join their team remotely.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage, grow, and optimise a portfolio of casino affiliates across key markets including UK and Europe
• Leverage existing affiliate relationships to rapidly scale player acquisition and revenue
• Identify, onboard, and activate new high-performing affiliates
• Negotiate commercial terms, commission structures, and bespoke deals
• Monitor performance, traffic quality, and ROI across all affiliate activity
• Work closely with internal teams to align affiliate strategy with wider business goals

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Affiliate Manager within the online casino or iGaming sector
• Previous experience working for a multi-brand online casino operation
• A strong personal network of active casino affiliates that you have directly managed or monetised
• Demonstrated success scaling revenue through owned affiliate connections
• Experience working with or within multi-brand casino environments
• Strong commercial mindset with excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills
• Data-driven approach to performance analysis and optimisation
