Job Purpose
Oversee and standardize the operations of international airports, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic pillars, following corporate regulations and strategic goals, to deliver safe, efficient, and customer-focused ground operations while optimizing costs and meeting revenue targets.
Main Responsibilities - Tasks
Ensure the safe and compliant operation of ground activities across all international airports according to regulatory and corporate safety standards.
Develop and enforce standardized operational procedures across all international airports to ensure consistency in service delivery and compliance.
Maintain service quality and ensure adherence to contract terms across all international airports.
Provide strategic guidance and operational input to other departments, such as business development, to influence decisions on airport partnerships and expansions.
Optimize revenue collection from ancillary services such as baggage fees, seat upgrades, and other airport-based transactions, including digital and physical channels.

Education
Bachelor's degree in Aeronautical Engineering, Aviation Management, or Business Administration.
Experience
10 years of experience in ground operations, preferably within an airline or a ground handling organization.
Significant exposure to the operational and financial management of multiple airport locations.
Comprehensive understanding of ground operations processes, including compliance with safety regulations.
Hands-on leadership of operational teams, including both direct reports and contracted personnel, to ensure consistent performance across diverse locations.
Deep understanding of ground operations and regulatory requirements.
Ability to lead teams, make strategic decisions, and drive operational excellence.
Strong budget management skills and ability to optimize costs while maximizing revenue.
