Gameloft Barcelona is seeking a seasoned Lead Game Designer to define and drive the game vision across departments. You will lead the design team, shape the meta and progression, and ensure a cohesive player experience across multiple platforms.

The role requires strong leadership, hands-on prototyping in Unity or Unreal, and deep knowledge of UI/UX, level design, and balancing for an AA experience. A dynamic, collaborative environment awaits in Barcelona.

Formación

• 6+ years in game design, including lead roles.
• Released at least two titles as lead/principal.
• Experience with 3Cs and gameplay systems design.
• Prototyping with Unity or Unreal.
• Strong UI/UX, level design, and balancing.
• Excellent communication and leadership.
• Knowledge of current gaming market and trends.
• Familiar with Jira, Confluence, and Figma.

Responsabilidades

• Define and execute the game vision with directors and leads.
• Direct tone, gameplay, and meta structure for AA experience.
• Lead design team to ensure cohesive experience.
• Coordinate with level design for progression.
• Plan resources and roadmaps with managers.
• Participate in recruitment of game designers.
• Collaborate with Art, UI, Tech, Online, Data, Audio, HR.
