We are currently looking for an experienced Head Chef to join COYA. This is seasonal position and advertised for future openings.

Experience you will need:
Minimum 5 year of previous experience in a similar role in high-end brand
Previous experience in pre-opening
Relevant experience in a high-volume, high end kitchen environment and attention to detail




To have excellent knowledge of food preparation, including working with limitations such as allergies
To hold overall responsibility for kitchen staffing levels, keeping them in line with business trends whilst maintaining the highest standards of service and quality and adhering to agreed labour budget
To be responsible for managing all staffing issues within the Kitchen department including rotas, hiring, holiday cover, in-house training, professional development, performance management and day-to-day feedback on performance
To consistently foster a spirit of harmony and cohesion between the kitchen brigade and all other departments
To have a complete understanding and comply with the Company policies relating to Fire, Hygiene, Health and Safety
To be friendly, attentive and customer service focused
It is essential to have a high level of both spoken and written Spanish and English
