Job Title : Head Bakery Chef – Modern Bakery & Coffee Concept

My client is launching an exciting new bakery and coffee concept in Madrid, blending modern techniques with high-quality ingredients. Inspired by leading international concepts, they aim to create a unique space for both sweet and savory baked goods paired with expertly crafted coffee.

Role & Responsibilities
  1. Lead the development of an innovative bakery menu, balancing sweet and savory offerings.
  2. Implement and refine modern baking techniques, ensuring top-tier quality and presentation.
  3. Collaborate on coffee pairings, incorporating contemporary brewing methods.
  4. Manage kitchen operations, including sourcing ingredients, maintaining quality control, and overseeing a small team.
  5. Ensure efficiency, consistency, and creativity in all menu items.
What We’re Looking For
  1. A visionary bakery chef with experience in both sweet and savory baking.
  2. Strong knowledge of modern coffee techniques and flavor pairings.
  3. Experience leading a kitchen team or consulting on new culinary concepts.
  4. Creativity, attention to detail, and a passion for high-quality artisanal products.
  5. Familiarity with innovative bakery models is a plus.
