Formación

• Proven experience with OpenText Exstream or similar CCM tools.
• Strong knowledge of XML, XSLT, and document design logic.
• Experience working with APIs and database integrations (SQL).
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.

We’re looking for a new colleague to join our team and help us implement smart, scalable communication solutions using OpenText Exstream . Although this is an international position, the employment must be legally based in a country where VILT operates — preferably Brazil, Portugal, or Spain. For other locations, contractor arrangements may be considered.

This position will be adjusted based on the candidate's experience level :

At the Senior level ,

we expect strong autonomy, technical leadership, and direct client interaction.

At the Intermediate level, you'll have close support and a clear path for growth into these responsibilities.

What you will do :

Analyze requirements and translate them into technical specifications

Design and develop communication templates and flows using OpenText Exstream

Configure and optimize solutions to meet business needs and ensure scalability

Participate in integration projects with external systems (CRM, ERP, databases, etc.)

Document technical and functional aspects of implemented solutions

Collaborate with cross-functional teams and support junior consultants when needed

What we expect from you :

Proven experience with OpenText Exstream or similar CCM tools (e.g., Quadient, FIS CSF)

Strong knowledge of XML, XSLT, and document design logic

Experience working with APIs and database integrations (SQL)

Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues in communication workflows

Bonus : familiarity with automation platforms and customer journey mapping

Analytical and detail-oriented,

with a problem-solving mindset

Strong communication skills with technical and business stakeholders

Able to work independently and within a distributed, multicultural team

Proactive, flexible, and open to continuous learning

University degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related fields.

English : Intermediate level or above (valued, but not mandatory).

Spanish : Advanced or native (required, especially for candidates residing outside Spain).
