AGCO is seeking a Field Technical Manager, Harvesting to support the dealer network with hands-on technical service and to drive proactive knowledge sharing across AGCO product lines. The role blends field presence with remote troubleshooting to ensure swift problem resolution and strong product understanding.

You will engage with Area Sales and Commercial After Sales teams, deliver technical training, and support warranty and policy cases while promoting high service quality and customer

Formación

• 3-5 years' experience with strong technical knowledge of agricultural machinery.
• Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Engineering is required.
• Fluent in English and Spanish; strong communication skills.
• Good presentation, coaching, influencing, and negotiating abilities.
• Customer-focused with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on technical support to dealers (onsite, phone, THD, TechConnect).
• Diagnose, analyse, and resolve technical issues, applying specifications when required.
• Promote high service quality and repair independence within the dealer network.
• Share knowledge to improve dealer independence in resolving cases.
• Promote AGCO Connect activation and digital product support.
• Collaborate with Area Sales Managers and Commercial After Sales Managers.
