AGCO is seeking a Field Technical Manager based in Madrid. The role focuses on providing technical support for agricultural machinery, enhancing customer satisfaction among product owners, and promoting dealer capabilities.

The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of experience and a degree in Agricultural Engineering. Fluency in Spanish and English is required. This position includes remote work and components of dealer training.

Formación

• 3-5 years' experience with agricultural machinery and harvesting.
• Strong communication skills to engage different stakeholders.
• Customer-focused mindset with a proactive approach.

Responsabilidades

• Provide technical support to dealers on-site and by phone.
• Maintain and improve customer satisfaction through issue resolution.
• Promote training and ensure high service quality within the dealer network.

Conocimientos

Strong technical knowledge of agricultural machinery

Fluent in Spanish and English

Good computer literacy, including MS Office

Strong communication skills

Educación

Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Engineering
