John Deere in Parla, Madrid, Spain is seeking a High Value Crops Production System Solutions Engineer to design, test, and deliver innovative solutions for HVC growers. You will work on mid‑scale projects within larger programs, partnering with ISG and Agronomy to ensure performance and cost targets are met.

You will lead feasibility tests, validate third‑party solutions, and integrate existing technologies to enhance HVC capabilities. Travel to Iberian Peninsula and beyond may be required.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree and 3–6 years in AgTech, product development, testing and validation methodologies.
• Strong understanding of agricultural technologies and practical hands‑on experience with sensors, cameras and digital solutions.
• Experience in high-value crops and ability to work across cross‑functional teams.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and validate solutions addressing opportunities in the HVC strategy.
• Collaborate with ISG, Agronomy, and other teams to address customer challenges.
• Validate third‑party solutions with customers and conduct feasibility tests.
• Integrate and test existing technologies to assess reusability in HVC.
• Collaborate with ISG and Ag Engineering and manage project tasks to meet time, cost and quality targets.
• Support innovation projects within the Parla Innovation Center.
• Create and maintain technical/user documentation and ensure data traces.
