Our Martos plant is one of the largest within our Visibility Systems Business Group, developing and manufacturing lighting products and electronics. We innovate in adaptive lighting, interior lighting solutions, and external lighting to enhance driver and passenger safety and comfort.

As a Hardware Engineer at Valeo Martos, you will design cutting-edge electronics for top automotive manufacturers in a fast-paced, international, and multicultural environment.

Your mission will be to design electronic circuits according to customer specifications for automotive illumination systems, using the latest techniques in a constantly evolving environment.

Your Responsibilities

• Define, develop, and validate hardware designs according to customer specifications and Valeo standards.
• Integrate constraints from various domains (hardware, software, mechanical, quality, industrialization) into hardware designs.
• Collaborate with PCB layout engineers and ensure PCB quality.
• Support EMC design activities.
• Assist in customer validation and design reviews.
• Participate in improving standards, methods, and tools.

Desired Skills and Experience

• Electronics Engineering Degree/Master's or Telecommunications or equivalent experience.
• Experience in hardware design.
• Knowledge of simulation and CAD tools (Simetrix, Pspice, Cadence, etc.).
• Good practices in EMC design.
• Proficiency with laboratory equipment (oscilloscopes, power supplies, etc.).
• Passion for hardware design and the automotive industry.
• Negotiation level of English is mandatory.
