Key Responsibilities :

• Lead, mentor, and motivate an R&D team, fostering a positive work environment
• Set objectives, monitor performance, and ensure achievement of KPIs
• Identify team strengths and development areas, providing training opportunities
• Collaborate across departments to align strategies and drive innovation
• Stay updated on market trends, ingredients, and technologies to identify opportunities
• Develop and refine formulations for hair care products
• Conduct laboratory testing to assess formulation performance, stability, and safety
• Maintain technical documentation, ensure regulatory compliance, and oversee scale-up trials

Candidate Requirements :

• PhD or MSc in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Cosmetic Science, or related field
• Significant experience and success in hair care product formulation
• Expertise in formulation chemistry, product stability, and testing methodologies
• Proficiency in English or Spanish
