Airbus Helicopters España, SA in Getafe seeks an experienced technical support professional to reinforce the H Product Support team. The role focuses on in-service technical queries for the H135 and related fleets, acting as TSPOC and coordinating investigations across Airbus networks.

Responsibilities include supporting modifications, service bulletins, and warranty activities, with travel to customer sites as required. Proactive problem solving and strong English skills are essential.

Formación

• EASA Part 66 LMA B1.3 or B2 certification; C is valuable.
• Very good level of English; additional languages beneficial.
• Willingness to travel worldwide for short missions.
• Strong customer orientation and communication skills.
• Experience working in international, multi-company teams.

Responsabilidades

• Provide technical support to in-service H135 Spanish fleets and other Airbus Helicopters products.
• Act as TSPOC between Spanish End Users and Airbus Helicopters for technical queries and events.
• Coordinate with AHE/AHD and other technical networks for investigations and resolutions.
• Support warranty processes and define modifications per Spanish Military Airworthiness rules.
• Record, track and follow-up all technical events in the CRM tool.
