What are we looking for?

We are currently seeking a Junior RF Optimization Engineer.

What will your day-to-day work involve?

Act as the department's Chinese interface, coordinating with Region, HQ, or R&D to support solution adaptation and resolve major issues.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Technical management, tracking, and presentation:
  • Break down important or complex problems from a technical perspective and track their resolution.
  • Manage technical issues and support team members to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Address issues arising from optimization projects, including coverage/quality/interference, data/VoLTE, mobility strategy, and other dedicated optimization tasks.
  • Network insight based on multi-dimensional data resources:
    • Conduct multi-dimensional and cross-analysis using engineering data, performance data, business data, open data from the internet, and other organizations.
    • Draw conclusions from analysis to guide network optimization and construction.

    Job requirements:

    Mandatory:

    • 5+ years of RF Optimization experience, with at least 3 years in LTE, and expert-level knowledge.
    • Experience in technical or project management.
    • Good presentation and communication skills.
    • Willing to participate in long-term projects.
    • Willing to work in a dedicated and results-oriented environment with a focus on personal development.
    • Proficiency in both Chinese and English (spoken and written).

    Preferred:

    • Familiarity with planning, optimization, and DT tools.
    • Ability to process large datasets (e.g., millions of rows) using programming languages like Python.
    • Spanish language skills.
